  1. Start or restart option:

  3. There are 2 available responses:
  4.     S   Starts at the beginning and prints the entire requested sequence.
  5.             The page number being printed will be displayed.
  6.     R   Restarts at a requested page number after a previous termination.
  7.             The page number to be used for re-start will be requested.
  8.             The page number being scanned (before printing starts) or
  9.                 being printed will be displayed.
  10.  
  11. Of course the usual F2 or ESC key will get you out of this area.
  12.  
  13. The restart option would normally only be used for very large files.
  14. If the file is many pages long the program can be terminated at the
  15. end of any page by using the F2 or ESC key, and the print routine
  16. can be told what page to re-start at later...HOWEVER...if the file
  17. is updated in any fashion before re-start time the program will
  18. NOT be responsible for determining how to re-format the print job!
